Consultations

Consultations can usually be arranged within a few weeks simply by calling us at (336) 659-2663 or 1-877-WE BOTOX (932-6869) or by using our schedule a consultation form. Treatments for some procedures can be performed the same day as consultation. Dr White's fee for your personal consultation is $100. The cost of the consultation will be deducted from the cost of your procedure if the procedure is performed same day or within 30 days of the consultation. Please note: consultation fees are nonrefundable. Consultations for skin care only are $50.00.

Appointments

Schedule an appointment by calling our office at (336) 659-2663 or 1-877-WE BOTOX (932-6869) or schedule online. To cancel an appointment, please call our office at least 24 hours in advance so we can schedule other patients. Our office hours are Monday thru Thursday 8am to 5pm PST; Friday 8am to 4pm. Saturday appointments are available!

Referrals

Referral are not needed for cosmetic treatments.

Payment

Payment is due before any medication is administered or treatment is performed.

Most private insurance companies do not offer reimbursement for cosmetic procedures; however, consult your insurance carrier for more information. Some medical procedures such as the removal of unwanted blood vessels for the management of congenital, disease-related or drug-related telangiectasia may be covered by some private insurance plans. There will be an additional charge for any paperwork we have to do if you are trying to get reimbursed by your private insurance plan.

Some treatments require a non-refundable deposit of 50% at the time of scheduling to reserve your time for the procedure with balance due on the day of your procedure prior to the beginning of the procedure.

Cosmetic treatments are currently a tax deductible medical expense (similar to dental, orthodontic and cosmetic surgery bills), so save your receipts!
