• Local anesthesia is used (you're awake during the procedure)
• A tiny incision is made, about the size of the tip of a pen
• The Smartlipo laser fiber is inserted through a very small tube into your body
• The laser ruptures the fat cell membranes

• The liquefied fat is gently suctioned out
• New collagen is produced resulting in coagulation of skin, resulting in tightening

Typically, only one treatment is required dependent on the number of areas to be treated. Results may vary, but usually can be seen within a week, with continued improvement over three to six months.

Smartlipo is a medical device designed exclusively to perform laser-assisted lipolysis, commonly referred to as laser liposuction. A very thin tube containing the Smartlipo laser fiber is inserted in targeted fatty areas through a small incision. The laser fiber delivers thermal energy directly to fat cells and disrupts the fatty tissue for easy removal. The laser literally melts the fat, which is removed with gentle suction. At the same time, tissue around the area tightens through coagulation, contributing to a smoother shape overall.

"We have upgraded our technology to help offer our patients the highest power laser tattoo removal treatment in less time and with better results," says Dr. Anne White, a Fellow of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery. "We offer the fastest treatment time and the least number of treatments to achieve excellent results." The RevLite laser offers 60% more power which means fewer treatments and the ability to remove tattoos to completion.

The Revlite laser is also an excellent way to create a smoother, healthier-looking complexion while stimulating ongoing collagen growth and smoothing lines and wrinkles. Because lasers penetrate deeper than any cream or lotion, they can provide a dramatic boost to your beauty routine. Injectable fillers can be used in combination with laser treatment for optimum overall results. RevLite safely targets pigmentation and sunspots, gently breaking the pigment into tiny particles. You'll notice the spot turning gray or white for a few minutes, a natural response of the skin as it absorbs the energy. The spot will then turn darker and sloughs off completely within one to two weeks. At this point, lighter skin starts to blend in as it heals, promoting an even toned appearance.

Most lasers use heat, or photo-thermal energy, as the primary method of action. RevLite and MedLite lasers pioneered the use of PhotoAcoustic technology — high-speed energy waves that penetrate the skin in nanoseconds, minimizing the amount of heat in each procedure. These PhotoAcoustic waves have a variety of uses — they gently vibrate collagen fibers to smooth wrinkles and acne scars — while stimulating new collagen growth. They can also be used to fragment tattoo ink, remove brown "sun spots", eliminate unwanted hair ... and provide an aesthetic medical solution for overall skin rejuvenation.

The MedLite C6 is the newest generation of the original MedLite laser, launched nearly two decades ago as a safe, non-invasive tool to improve the skin's appearance and treat common concerns. Cutera Limelight Laser

A versatile and powerful yet non-ablative device for treating vascular and pigmented lesions.

The Cutera LimeLight delivers a non-invasive light treatment that can be customized for different skin tones and aging skin conditions. The result is an exceptionally effective skin rejuvenation treatment with minimal discomfort. Cutera LimeLight treats pigmentation, hair (even light colors), telangectasias (tiny dilated capillaries) and is excellent for spider & varicose vein treatment.

The Cutera Limelight Laser has three distinct pre-set programs (520-1100 nm) that provide excellent hemoglobin and melanin absorption for uniform treatments and ease of use. The three levels treat fine telangiectasia, diffuse redness, telangiectasia, diffuse redness, low and high contrast pigment and solar lentigines.

Clinical versatility permits treatment of multiple indications, including both low and high contrast pigmentation. Cutera Laser Genesis

Sciton Contour Laser

This is most advanced laser skin resurfacing system available today. This amazing laser resurfacing technology allows us to dramatically rejuvenate your skin with fewer risks and less down time than the older CO2 laser resurfacing technology.

The Contour TRL (Tunable Resurfacing Laser) is a full-field skin resurfacing solution, capable of a wide variety of treatment options. From shallow a Microlaserpeel (up to 50 microns of ablation) to deep resurfacing (up to 200 microns of ablation per pass, with or without variable depth coagulation), the Contour TRL gives us exquisite control over surgical outcomes.

What makes the Sciton resurfacing laser truly unique among other resurfacing lasers is TRL technology, which provides independent control over the depth of ablation and coagulation with micron precision. TRL technology makes it easy to ablate as shallow or deep as you like, with or without coagulation. Competitive lasers, like CO2, have a fixed ratio of coagulation to ablation, and there is no way to separate the two. With CO2, coagulation always accompanies ablation, which often leads to suboptimal treatments and undesired side effects like hypopigmentation, sustained erythema, and prolonged recovery times.

Sciton's TRL technology is different. Because the Contour TRL decouples ablation and coagulation and allows for precise application of each, practitioners can dial in the exact tissue effect needed for each patient's pathology, desired outcome, and tolerance for downtime.

The Contour TRL's unique ability to be tuned for different tissue effects gives it the widest array of possible treatments. TRL technology provides the ability to plane down wrinkles externally while internally stimulating the dermal collagen matrix to firm the skin and add dermal resilience.
